About Waunakee
Pavement care for Waunakee properties
The Chicago and North Western Railway wanted to extend its line from Madison to Saint Paul, and settlers Louis Baker and George Fish platted a village along the route. It was founded in 1871 and formally incorporated in 1893. The Waunakee Railroad Depot is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
As a suburb of Madison, Waunakee is mostly homes, so driveways are the main job: sealcoat to protect, crack filling before it, and the occasional patch. Business sites on the edges of the village bring a few larger lots.

What we do
Services for Waunakee homes and businesses
A Waunakee driveway usually needs a short list of things done in the right order: repair, fill, seal. We walk the surface with you and write down what it actually needs. A lot in Waunakee that carries daily traffic wears from the entrances first. We fix potholes and patches, fill cracks, seal the surface and restripe, and plan the order so one visit does as much as possible.

Sealer needs dry pavement and mild weather to cure, so we plan each job around the forecast and tell you how long to keep cars off. Good timing matters: pavement has to be clean, dry and above the temperature the sealer calls for. We pick the day and talk through it with you before we start.
