What we do for homeowners

Six jobs for your driveway

Asphalt Sealcoating

A protective black finish for your driveway.

Crack Filling

Hot-pour rubberized sealant that keeps water out.

Pothole Repair

Holes filled so the driveway is smooth and safe.

Patch Work

Worn sections restored without redoing the whole driveway.

Gravel Driveway Installation

Graded to drain and hold up.

Asphalt Maintenance

Regular care that extends driveway life.

Every driveway job

What a standard driveway job includes

  • Cleaning with a power blower and wire brooms
  • Two coats of commercial-grade sealer, sprayed on
  • Barricade tape at the edges so no one drives or walks on it by mistake
  • Cracks and holes repaired before sealer goes on, when your driveway needs it

When can I drive on it?

Staying off the fresh sealer

Cars

Keep cars off for 24 to 48 hours.

Foot traffic and pets

Keep off for at least 24 hours.

Cool or damp weather

Curing slows down, so it can take longer. We tell you when it is ready.

Tire marks and tracking

These can show up early on fresh sealer. They fade as it cures. Call us if you have a question.

Park on the street or a neighbor's drive (with permission) until we say it is ready.

Does my driveway need it?

Sealing, filling or patching?

Faded or gray, few cracks

Sealcoating.

Visible cracks

Fill them first, then seal.

A hole or crumbling edge

Pothole repair or a patch.

Large sunken or broken areas

We look at it and tell you honestly what makes sense.

How often to reseal

Every two to three years

Most driveways do well with a fresh coat every two to three years. If you would like a reminder when yours is due, just ask. It is optional.

2 to 3years between sealcoats

  • Access to the driveway
  • Scheduling

Homeowner questions

Homeowner questions

How long does sealcoating take?

Most driveways are done in a day. The cure time afterward is the part to plan around.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the work. We want you there for the estimate and to confirm details when you can.

Should I fill cracks first?

Yes. Sealer cannot bridge an open crack, so we fill cracks before we seal.

What if it rains?

Sealer needs dry pavement. If rain is coming, we move the day with you.

When can I park on it?

Not until we tell you it is ready. See the cure time guide above.

How do I pay?

Cash or check.
