About Union Center
Pavement care for Union Center properties
The village was originally called Union, named for the federal union of the United States, and a post office called Union Center has operated since 1859. On April 14, 2026, an EF3 tornado badly damaged the village and the area around it, destroying homes, outbuildings and trees as part of a larger outbreak. The 2020 census counted 225 residents.
After storm damage, many properties need cleanup first. When it is time to repair driveways, we patch broken sections, fill cracks and seal so the surface is protected going into the next winter.

What we do
Services for Union Center homes and businesses
A Union Center driveway usually needs a short list of things done in the right order: repair, fill, seal. We walk the surface with you and write down what it actually needs. A lot in Union Center that carries daily traffic wears from the entrances first. We fix potholes and patches, fill cracks, seal the surface and restripe, and plan the order so one visit does as much as possible.

Good timing matters: pavement has to be clean, dry and above the temperature the sealer calls for. We pick the day and talk through it with you before we start. Freeze and thaw cycles are hard on asphalt here. Sealcoat protects the surface from water, sun and weather, and crack filling handles the openings the sealer cannot bridge.

Yes. Estimates are free. Use the form or call 608-548-1169 and tell us about your property.
How often should I reseal my asphalt?
Most driveways do best with a fresh sealcoat every two to three years. Parking lots with heavier traffic may need attention sooner. We look at the surface and tell you where it stands.
