About Lone Rock
Pavement care for Lone Rock properties
A massive piece of sandstone once stood near the river bank and became a landmark for early river raftsmen. The rock was cut and used for basements and foundations in the village. Lone Rock was founded in 1856 and incorporated as a village in 1866. It sits on U.S. Route 14 at the junction of State Highway 130, and its best-known resident was Dr. Bertha Reynolds, a physician who served the community in the early twentieth century.
A small highway village has homes with driveways, a few business lots and rural properties around it. Where driveways meet the highway, the edge of the pavement takes the most wear.

What we do
Services for Lone Rock homes and businesses
For homes in Lone Rock we start with the driveway as it is. Cracks get filled with hot-pour rubberized sealant, low spots and potholes get repaired, and then the surface gets its protective coat. Property managers and owners in Lone Rock can ask for sealcoating, crack filling, striping and pothole repair on one estimate, with work scheduled to keep your lot open as much as we can.

Wisconsin winters push water into every crack, and freezing makes it worse. Filling cracks and sealing the surface before the cold sets in gives that water fewer ways in. Sealer needs dry pavement and mild weather to cure, so we plan each job around the forecast and tell you how long to keep cars off.
Questions
Common questions in Lone Rock
Do you patch broken driveway edges in Lone Rock?
Yes. Broken edges are patched first, then cracks are filled and the surface sealed.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Estimates are free. Use the form or call 608-548-1169 and tell us about your property.
How often should I reseal my asphalt?
Most driveways do best with a fresh sealcoat every two to three years. Parking lots with heavier traffic may need attention sooner. We look at the surface and tell you where it stands.
