Asphalt sealcoating in Dellwood, WI
Dellwood is an unincorporated community in Adams County, west of Friendship in the Town of Strongs Prairie, that began as a summer resort.
About Dellwood
Pavement care for Dellwood properties
Also spelled Delwood, it was developed in the 1920s by a Chicago builder named Simon P. Linehan as a summer resort called The Dellwood. His development company bought about 3,000 acres along the Wisconsin River, south of what was then the unincorporated village of Holmsville, and residents of Holmsville soon changed its name to Dellwood. The 2020 census counted 579 residents, up from 563 in 2010. The Adams-Friendship Area School District serves it.
A community that started as a resort area has cottages and seasonal homes with driveways that sit quiet for months and then see heavy use. Gravel drives need grading, and asphalt benefits from sealing before the season starts.

What we do
Services for Dellwood homes and businesses
Most calls from Dellwood are for driveways: a first or repeat sealcoat, crack filling before it, a patch where an edge has broken down, or a gravel drive that needs fresh material and grading. Property managers and owners in Dellwood can ask for sealcoating, crack filling, striping and pothole repair on one estimate, with work scheduled to keep your lot open as much as we can.

Freeze and thaw cycles are hard on asphalt here. Sealcoat protects the surface from water, sun and weather, and crack filling handles the openings the sealer cannot bridge. Good timing matters: pavement has to be clean, dry and above the temperature the sealer calls for. We pick the day and talk through it with you before we start.
