About Adams
Pavement care for Adams properties
The place was first called South Friendship, but residents petitioned against the name and the Chicago and North Western Railway changed it to Adams. It became a division point for the railway in 1911, and the Milwaukee, Sparta and Northwestern Railroad began its Air Line, also called the Adams Cutoff, from here toward Sparta in 1910. The two communities share a school district, the Adams-Friendship Area School District. The Adams County Airport serves the area, and the Union Pacific's Adams Subdivision, part of a main line between Milwaukee and the Twin Cities, still passes through. The 2020 census counted 1,761 residents.
A rail and airport city has working lots and small business parking as well as older homes. Properties along the rail line see truck and delivery traffic, so patch work and crack filling matter.

What we do
Services for Adams homes and businesses
For homes in Adams we start with the driveway as it is. Cracks get filled with hot-pour rubberized sealant, low spots and potholes get repaired, and then the surface gets its protective coat. For businesses in Adams we handle the whole lot together: repairs, crack filling, sealcoating and fresh line striping, so stalls, fire lanes and crosswalks look right once the work is done.

Good timing matters: pavement has to be clean, dry and above the temperature the sealer calls for. We pick the day and talk through it with you before we start. Sealer needs dry pavement and mild weather to cure, so we plan each job around the forecast and tell you how long to keep cars off.
