About Berlin
Pavement care for Berlin properties
Nathan H. Strong became the first resident in 1845, and the settlement was known as Strong's Landing. The post office opened in 1848 under the name Berlin, and the city was incorporated in 1857. Wisconsin's commercial cranberry industry began in the Berlin area, along with the first milk condensing factory in the Midwest. From the mid-1860s into the 1990s the city was called the fur and leather city because of its industries.
Wisconsin winters push water into every crack, and freezing and thawing pries them wider. Sealcoat protects the surface from water, sun and weather, and crack filling covers the openings the sealer cannot bridge. Most driveways do best with a fresh coat every two to three years.

Homes in Berlin come to us for driveway sealcoating, crack filling and pothole repair. We start with the surface as it is, fix what is broken, and then seal it so water, sun and winter have less to work with. Businesses in Berlin get the same careful order for the whole lot, ending with fresh line striping for stalls, fire lanes and crosswalks.
