About Marshall
Pavement care for Marshall properties
Andrew Bird, Zenas Bird and Aaron Petrie began a settlement here in 1837. It was later called Bird's Ruins, Hanchettville and Howard City before being renamed in 1861 for Samuel Marshall, who bought the land with William F. Porter and whose Marshall's Roller Mill still gave the village its name. Marshall was the original home of what became Augsburg University from 1869 to 1872.
A small village with a milling past has older streets with driveways that benefit from crack filling, and a small commercial center whose lots are best kept striped and sealed.

What we do
Services for Marshall homes and businesses
A Marshall driveway usually needs a short list of things done in the right order: repair, fill, seal. We walk the surface with you and write down what it actually needs. Property managers and owners in Marshall can ask for sealcoating, crack filling, striping and pothole repair on one estimate, with work scheduled to keep your lot open as much as we can.

Sun and weather wear the surface down over time, which is why most driveways do best with a fresh coat every two to three years. Freeze and thaw cycles are hard on asphalt here. Sealcoat protects the surface from water, sun and weather, and crack filling handles the openings the sealer cannot bridge.
